1.Base coat : White Coating and Sizing

The only differences between white coat and sizing is : white coat with Titanium Dioxide (TiO₂), sizing without Titanium Dioxide (TiO₂) .

2.Varnish:

Varnish is normally applied during the last pass of the tin plate after ink is printed.Varnish is important to act as the protective layer to the printing ink on the metal plate as well as to enhance the surface glossiness of the metal plate..

3.Lacquer:

Most commonly used for lacquer in metal printing is to act as the protective layer of the internal can body, to avoid corrosive and rusting effect. Metacoat offers both clear and gold lacquer, depend on customer’s application. We specialized in lacquer for top cover and body external part.
